What we collect
This is a brochure website. It has no accounts, no online forms and takes no payments. We only hold the personal data you choose to send us when you get in touch: typically your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Cookies
This site uses only strictly necessary cookies. To understand how the site is used we run privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which sets no cookies and collects no personal data; we run no advertising or cross-site tracking. See our Cookies Policy for detail.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email, principally our website host (Cloudflare Pages) and our email provider, who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, to object to its use, or to receive a copy. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
